Photographing newborn babies can be so rewarding and is definitely the area of photography which has a special place in my personal life at the moment.

One-week old Jessica was a pleasure to photograph. She was so peaceful during the session - catching up on her sleep after another lively night keeping her mummy awake. I managed to pose her and change her outfits without disturbing her sleep. We chose props and outfits in soft colours in order to preserve the natural look. Once awake, Jessica took her time looking around and unexpectedly glanced up at the camera which allowed me to record her captivating eyes as well as her spontaneous gestures.

I hope the photographs of Jessica will evoke special memories in the years to come.

I myself can't wait for the session of my own little lady. Hopefully she won't keep me waiting too much longer!
