I've been scouting for vibrant photo shoot locations in the area and found this amazing lavender field which I thought would be perfect to take my little girl to and test it out. I bought a white dress for Lara and off we went on a little adventure. The field was in full bloom with bees buzzing around us. Despite the harsh light which presented some technical challenges and slightly too many bees for comfort we managed to find some shade and made a teddybear picnic amongst the rows of lush lavender. And this is what we came back with: colourful portraits of Lara , some lavender lemonade and all topped with lavender ice cream. DKM photography can't offer the latter but definitely can incorporate this beautiful canvas in your child's location portraits.
